Samsung revealed Samsung Galaxy View tablet with 18.4-inch display
It has been in the rumors from a couple of weeks that the Samsung revealed Samsung Galaxy View tablet. It is believed that the latest tablets are available with the gigantic display that is 18.4-inch. The manufacturer of South Korea finally teas the latest line up at the IFA 2015, which is currently underway at Berlin.
Tablet sales are continuously declining around the world. Samsung with its leading competitor, Apple together have been seeing the declining of sales of their Tab and iPad, respectively. The main reason behind the falling of sales may be the Smartphones with the large size of screens. For instance, Apple’s iPhone6 plus and Samsung’s Galaxy Note 5 & Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. With the bigger screen-size available in the Smartphones, handsets also offering most of the functions of the tablet, so users are less inclined to purchase the tablet. Apple and Samsung are expecting to maintain the sales of their tablets and iPads by offering the latest products with the huge screen size like upcoming iPad Pro, which is expecting to be as a large as the MacBook with the 12.9-inches screen size.

The Galaxy view has a codenamed with SM-T670. According to the details provided by the company, the latest Galaxy view features 18.4-inches screen with the resolution of 1920X1080 pixels. The users may disappoint after knowing that the display of the Galaxy View will do not have the AMOLED technology, which is a usual feature found almost in all the devices’ screens of Samsung.
If we discuss the processor of Samsung Galaxy View, which is powered by its homegrown Exynos 7580 processor and it is paired with 2GB RAM. The huge screen-sized tablet also offers 32GB inbuilt memory, which is expandable via a MicroSD card.
The company packed the Samsung Galaxy View with the 5,700-mAh battery, which is quite enough to support the power supplies of its large sized 18.4-inch screen. According to the company, the Samsung Galaxy View also has an integrated stand, which will allow the tablets to be used autonomously as a monitor and can utilize the large-sized display.
Samsung has announced to launch the Samsung Galaxy View tablet in the coming month, October but the company did not disclose the details about the pricing and availability.
