By following Google, Baidu is also going to launch a driverless car
- Baidu, which is a Chinese company also going to launch a driverless car by following Google. This self-driving car has many progressive amenities. It is expected that the car will launch at the end of the same year.
- Baidu is a most visited website in China and the fifth most popular worldwide. Baidu is fundamentally a company which is famous for its web services, but it jointly worked with the company of automobile manufacturing to complete this self-driving car. This driverless car will work on the latest technology of the computer and also on the synthetic sagacity.
- Wang Jin as the senior Vice president of the company had been reveal this information during CCCSS i.e. China Cloud Computing Services Summit.
- Earlier this company had already worked with BMW to develop a semi-autonomous car technology.
- According to the report of people’s Daily Online, this amalgam car will contain many numbers of proceeding features which also included Big Data, Baidu Map, Baidu Brain and synthetic sagacity. Baidu Brain is one of the exclusive features which make the car unique.
- It can encourage the human brain’s thinking mode and this feature can help the car to make sudden decisions.
- Baidu doesn’t believe in the complete autonomous car like Google. Even, as an alternative the company is developing a vehicle with conventional pedals, but it will give more freedom to the driver.
- Yu Kai, Head of Baidu’s Deep Learning Lab was revealed this concept some months back.
- On the other hand, technical giant Google unveiled last month about their driverless car. Google also revealed that their autonomous car will run on the road around its headquarters which is located in California in the coming summer.
- It is also in news that these driverless cars attempt 13 negligible accidents during the test of six years.
